Where we ship
Rising Wines Collective is excited to be a part of your wine journey and community. We currently ship to select states within the U.S. and are eager to expand into all states that allow direct-to-consumer shipping. It can take some time to obtain shipping permits and comply with each state’s regulations, so we will diligently expand as quickly as possible.
If we don’t yet ship to your state, or you want to learn more about wine, please sign up to receive our — filled with wine tips, food pairings, and more. By signing up and agreeing to receive email communications, you will be the first to know once we can ship to your state.

It is important to Rising Wines Collective and the winemakers we work with to ensure that we deliver your wine on time while minimizing our carbon footprint.
We work directly with transportation companies to ship wine from the winery or warehouse to our cellar storage facility. This relationship alleviates
We use UPS as our direct to consumer shipper to ensure a 100% carbon-neutral footprint. Orders are also packaged in 100% recycled and biodegradable shipping materials so our customers have the opportunity to recycle their packaging.
We only sell and deliver wine to people aged 21 years and over, so you will need to show a valid photo ID to receive your shipment.
Shipping and charges
For mainland United States orders of fewer than 6 bottles, we ship UPS Ground or 2-Day Air, with rates varying depending on quantity and location. We provide discounted shipping for orders of 6 bottles or more and wine club shipments.
Ground discounted shipping
- Purchase 6 – 8 bottles: 15% off shipping
- Purchase 9 – 11 bottles: 20% off shipping
- Purchase 12+ bottles: 25% off shipping
2-day discounted shipping
- Purchase 6 – 11 bottles: 10% off shipping
- Purchase 12+ bottles: 15% off shipping
You will be able to view these charges during the checkout process in your shopping cart and your order summary before submitting your order. Shipping charges will be included on your enclosed receipt for wine club shipments. Once your order(s) are processed, we will email your order information and tracking number. In addition, you will be able to access your order details with tracking information in your Account portal.
At Rising Wines Collective, we do our best to process and deliver orders within 4-10 business days of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday and do not process or ship on weekends and holidays. Please anticipate 1-2 days for us to process your order from the time of check out. When selecting UPS 2-day air, please note that this then includes 2 days once the order is processed and shipped. UPS 2-day air shipping only delivers Monday-Friday. If an order is shipped Thursday or Friday, it will arrive on the respective business day of the following week. Orders submitted after 3:00 pm PST (6:00 pm EST) will be processed the following weekday morning.
Our mission is to ensure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition, so we attempt to avoid extreme temperature conditions that can damage fine wine. For that reason, we offer temperature-friendly shipping options. However, we may need to delay shipment in some extraordinary weather cases until conditions are more favorable. We will keep you notified in the event this occurs.

Rising Wines Collective is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring to an order after arriving at its original destination. We also have unique palates and tastes, so RWC is also not responsible for dissatisfaction in the taste of any wine that with no apparent faults, like TCA (“corked” or VA (volatile acidity). We view wine as an adventure for the taste buds, so we recognize that one person may think a particular wine is fantastic and another person won’t like it.
We can only replace bottles if they are defective or damaged within 10 days of arrival. You may exchange the defective or damaged bottle by emailing a description to OrderHelp@risingwinescollective.com. If the wine is no longer available on the site, we will work with you to suggest a comparable replacement.
Damaged in shipment
Even with our high standards, accidents can happen beyond our control during the shipping process. If you receive a wine that has been damaged during shipping, please email OrderHelp@risingwinescollective.com within 3 days of its arrival. In many cases, UPS will catch the damage (like a broken bottle), and they will send the shipment back to our facility. You will be notified via email, and a new shipment will be scheduled promptly.
If wine does arrive damaged, please include a description of the damages and pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Because we order wine to the size of our club membership, we will do our best to replace any bottles that arrive damaged, or that may be obviously faulted. Please email our Club Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of arrival. However, replacement with the exact wine may not always be possible, so in the rare instance of this occurrence, our Club Manager will work with you to replace with comparable bottles or a credit on the next club shipment.
