Tasting Notes

Holding its deep ruby color, this wine has rich aromas of black fruits, cherry kirsch, and dried herbs. Smooth entry with black cherry and black raspberry, blueberry, and fig with leather and dried herbs. Medium + acid and robust tannin with a long berry and leathery finish. This one is aging nicely.

Production Method: Each varietal lot fermented separately and aged in new and used French and American oak. Final blend assembled after 12 months in barrel.
