Growing Year: 2016
Designation: Eola-Amity Hills
Production Method: Hand-picked, fermented in stainless and oak barrels. Overnight chill prior to pressing. Bottled in the spring of 2017 and matured on its lees — sur latte (laying flat) until disgorging during spring of 2020.
Aging Vessel: French oak barrels, stainless steel barrels
