Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with enticing lemon cream, ripe pear and apple, pineapple, pie crust, and baking spice aromas. Smooth on the palate with rich lemon, pear, and unripe peach flavors. This is a gorgeous wine with medium acid and a long citrusy finish.

Production Notes

Growing Year: 2017
Designation: Sonoma
Production Method: Hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, fermented cold in stainless-steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation. Aged 7 months in neutral barrels and stainless-steel.
