Tasting Notes
This Grenache Blanc is uniquely aged for 3+ years before release, contributing to its layered complexity and enhanced salinity and minerality. Pale gold in color with deep aromas of grapefruit, white pepper, sweet herbs, and hints of stone fruit. Bright entry on the palate with rich grilled lemon, lemon, lime, and stone fruits. Medium plus acid, great balance, and long citrus and herb finish. Enjoy this wine now and for the next 3 years.

Gambas al AjilloProduction Notes
The Producer
We embrace uncommon varieties, small lots, and in an old world style. It’s winemaking that’s been in practice’ for hundreds of years, before the introduction of chemicals and flavor manipulation. We guide our wines, protect them from harm, and don’t intervene. This style allows for the true expression of the vintage, variety, and vineyard.
About the vineyard
This vineyard is very special to us. Saralee McClellan Kunde, a now deceased Sonoma icon, grafted it for us specifically in 2011, and it was the first acre planted in the AVA, and were the first in the history of the Russian River to harvest Grenache Blanc in 2013. The vineyard is named after her daughter Catie, whom it now belongs to.
