Tasting Notes

Medium ruby in color with rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, cranberry, oak, and dried herbs. A mouth-filling explosion of black cherry and plums, black olive, robust tannin, and medium plus acid. Medium body and lovely long berry, woodsy finish. It needs time, so decant for 1-2 hours to enjoy fully now or drink 2023 through 2029.

Growing Year: 2018
Designation: Yakima Valley
Production Method: Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. Hand harvested, small lot fermentations in one ton fermentors, and punched down by hand.
