Tasting Notes

Pale ruby in the glass, this wine has beautiful aromas of spicy red berries, cranberry, cherry, blueberry, cinnamon, and mushrooms. Nice entry on the palate with sweet red cherry, cinnamon, herbs (sage and thyme), and mushroom, with medium plus acid, good body, and mid-palate. The wine has a long finish of spices and herbs. Don’t wait to enjoy this wine; drink now and, if you must, over the next two years to see its charm.
