Tasting Notes
Subtle aromas of lemon cream, lemon rind, green apple, and unripe peach. Its texture is rich and creamy with a flavor journey of lemon, nectarine, melon, bitter lime, and wet stone. This is a gorgeous wine showing medium plus acidity, excellent balance, and a long creamy lemon finish with bitter lime — very good.

The Producer
We have a desire to make interesting wines with a sense of place and purpose. An enchantment with remarkable, food-friendly wines began during my time as a sommelier in Denmark and has grown into a small production of hand crafted, traditional wines.
