Tasting Notes

Lovely pale yellow color with soft aromas of guava, tropical fruits, pears, white flowers, and hints of dry grass. Creamy on the attack with lime and stones, a touch of saline, and white peaches. Excellent balance with a pleasant citrusy and stone fruit finish. Winemaker Dan suggests pairing this wonderful wine with music from Esperanza Spalding, and we couldn’t agree more! Yes, dreams can come true.
