Tasting Notes
An intriguing pale ruby wine that is a blend of two different clones, Wente and Pommard. Lots of aromas to unpack here in a complex melange of cooked strawberry and cherry with earth , leaves with notes of pineapple!. Surprisingly lively entry with red berry and strawberry with mushroom and dried herbs. Medium acid with moderate tannins and a long integrated finish.
This still has a lot to enjoy, but don’t hold back, bust out that Sade as Dan recommends!

The Producer
