Tasting Notes
Medium ruby in color. There are aromas of green peppers and black fruit, parmesan rind, orange rind, exotic spices, and vanilla. Sweet black and red fruits on the palate, medium acid, solid tannin medium body, and a long sweet berry finish. We call this a “drink now and keep some to open in a few years wine.”
