Tasting Notes
Medium ruby in color with aromas of blackberry, menthol, green pepper, hints of black olive, and clay pots. Smooth on the palate with sweet tobacco, blackberry, black tea, and dried peppers flavors. High in acid and tannin with a long berry and tobacco finish resolves over to cloves. This is an excellent wine, sure to age.
